  • Optional assets you send us — such as playbooks, datasets, or documentation — stored in encrypted systems with access restricted to the delivery team.

Data helps us design and operate automation programs, deliver support, and keep you informed with relevant updates. We analyze aggregated metrics to monitor reliability, spot regressions, and continuously tune your agents.

  • Specialist contractors who support delivery teams, only after background checks and least-privilege access setup.

Security & Retention

We operate with enterprise controls: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, centralized logging, and regular reviews of the environments that run customer automations.

  • Service data stays only as long as necessary to deliver contracted outcomes and audit results.
  • Backups follow a fixed retention window and are purged on a rolling schedule.
  • If you offboard, we follow a documented destruction process and confirm completion in writing.

Your Choices

You can review, update, or delete personal information we hold by contacting the team. We will acknowledge requests within two business days and complete them in a reasonable timeframe.
